Jonah is an applied sport scientist and strength and conditioning coach / consultant living in Brooklyn. Jonah spent the past 7 years working with athletes and teams from all major American Professional Team sports. Most recently, Jonah was the applied sport science coordinator for the Houston Texans in the NFL. At 25 he was one of the youngest sport scientist in NFL history. Jonah specializes in using the latest sport science technology and testing to individualize strength and endurance training programs.

Education / Certifications

Jonah is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Additionally he holds a Dual Bachelors in Economics and Human Physiology from Boston University and a Masters of Science in Exercise Science from University of Texas, Austin. He will begin his PhD in Applied Exercise Physiology in 2024.
